What can I expect from an UPLIFT concert?

UPLIFT is a lively, interactive experience that you can enjoy either live in London or online from anywhere in the world. Expect powerful performances of musical theatre hits and movie anthems by outstanding singers from the West End and beyond. Many concerts also include exclusive interviews with performers, giving you a behind-the-scenes glimpse, plus a fun intermission dance break which everyone — both in the theatre and online — is invited to join. Whether you’re watching on stage or through your screen, the atmosphere is warm, engaging, and full of energy - perfect for families, fans, and first-timers alike.

What time does UPLIFT run?

UPLIFT is based in London, England, and concerts usually take place in the afternoon and evening London time. Our evening concerts are perfect for audiences in the USA and Canada during their daytime, and in Australia in the early morning.

Since we reach audiences in over 25 countries, please double check your local time zone to find the correct start time. A quick search for the time difference between London and your location should help.

What is the sound quality like on Zoom?

We’re the first to admit that Zoom sound quality isn’t always perfect. However, our priority is connection — all our performers are on Zoom to entertain and engage with you. That sense of connection is what makes UPLIFT special, beyond technical perfection.

Is UPLIFT an interactive experience?

Absolutely! We chose Zoom because it offers a more personal experience than traditional live streaming. Everyone attending can participate through the chat, cheering and clapping for performers, and joining in our famous intermission dance break. We even spotlight audience members who are having the most fun by putting them up on the big Zoom screen!

How do I get the Zoom code to join the next concert?

Each device you use to watch the concert requires its own ticket and sign-up. When you sign up, you’ll provide your email address. The Zoom code will be sent to you by email shortly before the concert begins. This isn’t automated, so please be patient if there is a delay in receiving the code.

I missed the concert. Can I watch it on-demand?
