UPLIFT FAQs

Everything you need to know to get involved with UPLIFT.

What time does UPLIFT run?

UPLIFT is brought to you from London, England, and we run concerts in the morning and evening London time. Our evening concerts reach the USA & Canada in the daytime and Australia in the early morning. Our morning concerts reach Australia in the evening, and the USA & Canada in the middle of the night (when we do have people join us!).

Reaching over 25 countries can be tricky, so do check your local time zone to find out when UPLIFT runs in your country. It’s best to search for the time difference between London and your local time zone.

What is the sound quality like on Zoom?

We’re the first to acknowledge that the sound is not always great on Zoom. But all our performers are on Zoom to entertain and connect with you and, in this season, we believe that connection is more important than technical quality.

Is UPLIFT an interactive experience?

We have chosen to hold UPLIFT on Zoom because it is more personal than streaming services. Everyone who attends has the opportunity to participate through our chat function, cheering and clapping for our performers, and getting involved in our intermission dance break. We even put those having the most fun up on the big Zoom screen!

How do I get the Zoom code to join the next concert?

To join an UPLIFT concert, you need to sign-up and get a ticket for each device you use to watch the concert. As part of the sign-up process, you will provide your email address. A Zoom code will be sent to you by email in the hours or minutes prior to the start of the concert. This is not an automatic process, so please be patient if there is a delay in receiving the code.

I missed the concert. Can I watch it on-demand?

We offer the opportunity to watch our concerts on-demand exclusively to members of our UPLIFTERS Club. We'd love you to consider supporting us in this way. Find out more on the 'Donate' page. And, otherwise, if you missed our last concert, we hope you can sign up for the next one.
